Scheduling Policies

Pre-appointment details

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you're running late, kindly let me know—as I will do the same for you.
If you're a new guest, please send reference photos in advance via text or email.
For color appointments, arrive with clean, dry hair.

Cancellation policies

I understand that sometimes life happens and plans change. However, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service total. Missed appointments (no-shows) will also be subject to a 50% fee.

(There are exceptions to this policy)

Payment policies

To secure your appointment, I require a credit card on file at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged unless my cancellation policy is violated.

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with 24 hours or more notice will not be charged, and any deposits made will be fully refunded. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
